I'm lying on the settee and at 5:17 and I'm awake so I'm playing with Hannah all know my new iPhone 5 is discovering what you can do she was very weird is that there is no native Google blogging up but I've installed this will see how it works and I'm currently dictating this entry using Apple voice recognition which actually seems to be a little bit better than Google voice recognition or maybe I'm just speaking more slowly and sensibly

Work Nightmare

This week is the coldest week of the year so far. We are short SIX people on the overnight team (illness or leave... Fiona, Sharon, Julie, Gail, Ashhad and Leon) so there is a constant queue of calls from 8pm until after midnight... Tonight we particularly bad and we reached 01.12 before there were no more calls left in the queue. During this time 3 of our staff were making sales call backs... Each one takes at least 20 minutes to complete..
So we are six short but we still use another 3 to make sales rather than getting these people e called back in the morning... It's no wonder the rest of us are shattered and starting to make mistakes. Of course any mistakes will be our fault even though we are effectively now operating with less than 50% of normal call handling capacity.

How To Lose Weight After Forty

Get enough rest. Depriving yourself of sleep and your hormones will be wise to tell your brain that you are hungry. Proper amounts of sleep will regulate hormone levels in your body. You will find yourself losing weight easily if you get your beauty sleep.

Nathaniel's Second Letter Home

Below is a copy of our dearest Son's second letter from university as he's reaching near to the end of his first term.
